I suppose it could count provided the fictional aircraft appear alongside real ones or ones patterned after real ones. I know the old 90's cartoon SWAT Kats had a lot of interesting-looking "retro-futuristic" jets and helicopters alongside the SWAT Kats' "Turbokat" which was apparently designed after an F14 Tomcat.
