Danila Bagrov and his brother Viktor go to USA to avenge the death of Danila’s military friend and help friend’s twin brother, an NHL player, whose earnings were appropriated by an evil American magnate involved into organized crime.
Airbus A310-304
Registration VP-BAG, s/n 475 is shown taking off at Moscow-Sheremetyevo International Airport (SVO/UUEE), supposedly carrying Viktor Bagrov to Chicago.
All cabin scenes were also filmed inside an Airbus A310.
Ilyushin Il-96-300
A parked Ilyushin Il-96-300 can be seen behind A310 in the take-off scene.
Boeing 737-4M0
The next scene shows the departure of Danila Bagrov to New York, the plane shown is Aeroflot’s Boeing 737-4M0 registered VP-BAJ (s/n 29203, l/n 3049). This is a factual mistake, as the range of this aircraft would not allow for a non-stop flight from Moscow to New York.
Unknown aircraft
The window view in Chicago departure scene (which was filmed somewhere else, as airport does not look like ORD or MDW) shows a shadow of an aircraft with rear-mounted engines.
