De Havilland DH.82A Tiger Moth

Reg. N524R De Havilland DH-82A Tiger Moth II c/n DHC1481 built in 1942 for the Royal Air Force as s/n DE298 and used by Number 16 Elementary Flying Training School until 1945. Struck off Strength/Charge from the Royal Air Force on November 1953.
On the civil market in 1966 as N524R in a full white paint (with British roundel and fin flash). New Californian owner in 1989. She led the London to Sydney (World) Vintage Air Rally as far as Le Touquet (France) where she crashed on landing (caught in a gust landing) on 5 March 1990.
When was she painted in full Canary Yellow (still with the 6 British roundels and PH-F code next to the N524R registration code) ? Before this Rally ...
When was she again flying ?
A new certificate of airworthiness for N524R was issued in 2009 and still the same paint scheme in (at least) 2011. Given to be based at Santa Ana, California, USA in 2013.
Civil registration, N524R, cancelled on 15 March 2018.
