TV news copter pilot and Vietnam Vet Harry Walker witnesses a bank robbery during which the thieves escape to a waiting getaway helicopter with a hostage. Determined to rescue her and stop the crooks, Harry ignores police warnings and pursues the villains doggedly with his news chopper.
