Dassault Mirage 4000 seen in Un ticket pour l'espace.

The Dassault Mirage 4000 was a prototype for an twin engine air superiority fighter. It flew for the first time on 9 March 1979. As the french Armée de l'Air chose the single engine Mirage 2000, the last hope of Dassault was the Saudis who eventually bought the F-15. Mirage 4000 was reactived in the mid eighties as its canard formula could help in the design of the Dassault Rafale. It was given to Le Bourget (Paris) Air Museum in 1995.

Only one Dassault Mirage 4000 was built.

This page lists all films that feature the Dassault Mirage 4000.
