SE/XLF/XL Airways.

XL Airways may refer to three airlines : XL Airways UK (defunct in 2008), XL Airways Germany (defunct in 2013) and XL Airways France. All three were founded with different names (UK : 1994 as Sabre Airways then Excel Airways in 2000 ; Star XL German Airlines in 2006 ; Star Europe in 1995 then Star Airlines in 1997 [STAR being the French acronym of : Société de Transport Aérien Régional]), these airlines were merged and rebranded in November 2006 as part of a major brand relaunch. But parent company XL Leisure Group filed for administration in September 2008 and XL Airways UK ceased operations before the end of this year. On 12 September 2008, Straumur Investment Bank acquired XL Airways Germany and XL Airways France. Four years later, the German branch filed for bankruptcy leaving the (now) XL.com logo to be worn only by the seven airliners of the French company.
