Ep. 1.01 By Order of the Führer
Reg. G-BECL CASA 352L c/n 22-103 acting as Junkers Ju.52/3m with code N9+AA.
Built in 1952 for Ejercito de Aire with s/n T.2B-212, later marked 406-2 until 1975. Under restoration which determined that fuselage is the original german Junkers Ju-52 W.Nr. 24 and wings of CASA 352 serial nr. 103.
To Warbirds of Great Britain Limited (27 July 1976 to 16 May 1985). September 1976 : finished in the markings of Flugbereitschaft Norwegen with code N9+AA.
1987 (?) : new livery 'Afrika Korps' style and N7+AA code.
15 May 2003 : after 13 years of indeep restoration, new French owner gave her a new paint scheme and registered her as F-AZJU. The markings are then of KGr.z.b.V. 172 (Special Duties Battle Group) operated during the Crete invasion in 1942 (plus fictitious code AZ+JU). Now without yellow quick identification band and splitter paint scheme and still AZ+JU.
