Sold to Atlantic Air in August 1984, renamed Business Express in October 1984. Re-registered N803BE in December 1984. Bought by Beech Aircraft Corp. in July 1987. Leased to San Juan Airlines from October 1987 to August 1989, re-registered N805BA. Sold to Northeast Express in October 1989. Leased to Jet Freighters between November 1993 to June 1994. Returned to Beech Acceptance Corp. in September 1994. Leased to Ameriflight in October 1994.
