Securities analyst Nick Halloway is visiting a shareholders' seminar at Magnascopic Labaratories when a freak lab accident partially turns the building invisible. Everyone gets out in time save Nick, who is rendered completely invisible as a result. After learning of Nick's existence, CIA agent David Jenkins becomes determined to capture Nick for research. Nick flees from Jenkins' men while struggling to live an ordinary life as an invisible man.
