Government agent Sam Casey has the power to turn invisible. He is assigned to transport renowned scientist Dr. Arthur Hale in a truck, but Hale turns traitor and rigs the truck to explode without Sam's knowledge. Sam is saved by a trucker named "Buffalo Bill" Joe Hickens, and is able to bring Hale to justice. Sam then becomes involved in the hunt for arch-villain Robert Denby with Buffalo Bill's help.
