Lockheed F-117 Nighthawk

First, the plane in itself, as seen in the beginning during trials. From a U.S. Air Force/DoD Promotional Film.
Same aircraft in other movies at IMPDb: Frequently Seen Aircraft.

There's also some classic flight scenes.

Now, the Nighthawk playing the Phoenix III, a two seat bomber. The crew is set at 90°.
Same aircraft in other movies at IMPDb: Frequently Seen Aircraft.

The pilot dislikes that the bomber puts a gun under his chin; so he ejects his 'passenger'
Despite the window has exploded when the seat was ejected, a new window slides to close the cockpit!

Probably a F-5F tailed by the Tomcat.

Grumman F-14 Tomcat

Major Holloway tries to stop the coup. But he needs a plane and stole this 172C of 1961, registered N8306X

Then he takes off with N4727D, A 172N built in 1979.

Beechcraft 65 Queen Air & Piper PA-31

Queen air on the left, in the background. PA-31 in the foreground.

North American TB-25N Mitchell

We guess "Heavenly Body" pin-up, so it's the TB-25N Mitchell (N8195H / 44-30748)
