In this ep the plot revolves around the discovery of a crashed Luftwaffe plane. However, not enough of the plane is shown for identification and I'm not sure whether they used the same model of Messerschmitt it was described as for the wreck. Also, I made an error with the filenames. They are not from 1.09 as the filenames suggest but 1.08. I'll add screenshots for series two and three later today. Unidentified Aircraft

The top one. Described as a Piper Cherokee and meant to be the same as the wreck posted below. I am not sure it is a PA-28 as the windows look wrong. If it is a PA-28 the wreck pictures can be moved to the aircraft crashes page. Sandie 18:36, 19 May 2011 (MDT)

I didn't find what kind of Piper it is. Indeed it doesn't match exactly with the PA-28, and looks more like PA-32R, but this one has retractable gear.

The BAC One Eleven of British Airways is an ex British Caledonian 500-Series, and the HS.121 Trident of BEA a mark 1C.Sixcyl 00:54, 21 May 2011 (MDT)

Could it be a Cherokee Six? The thought crossed my mind as I created the Category page. Sandie 07:36, 17 July 2011 (MDT)

Identification

This Hawker Siddeley Argosy E wasn't in the Unidentified List... that's why I missed it. Id. is done.Sixcyl 16:16, 15 July 2011 (MDT)
