I'll be working on the next few series over the coming weeks. Great TV show but hell there are a lot of aircraft. And that doesn't include the ones constantly flickering on the TV behind Tony half the time!

Also, quite a few identifiers on a lot of the aircraft, but getting accurate information for the early shows is difficult.

Title?

Even though "NCIS" is shorter, NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service is the actual full title according to IMDb and the show's own intro. Even though it's redundant shouldn't we list it by its full, official title? - Kooshmeister

I did consider this and I left it at NCIS as that is how it is referred to almost everywhere. Although NCIS is the full expanded title, as per IMDb, from what I've read it was always intended to be just NCIS. In the first season it was called 'Navy NCIS', apparently because no one new what NCIS was and to avoid confusion with CSI. Bthebest - IMPDb Administrator 10:30, 21 April 2011 (MDT)

I don't have an image, but there is also a Cobra being worked on in the background of the NCIS HQ garage in season 1, episode 5 ("The Curse").—DocWatson 04:54, 23 July 2015 (MDT)
