Made in the 1960s as part of the "New Horizons" series of promotional films, this Pan Am color travel film promotes visits to the “new” South Asian Republic of Pakistan. (The film was made prior to the separation of East Pakistan into the nation of Bangladesh in the early 1970s, but primarily concentrates on West Pakistan)
Douglas DC-7CF Seven Seas
Registration N735PA, c/n 44877/677. Delivered new to Pan American World Airways in May 1956, named Clipper Caroline. Converted to freighter in 1960, renamed Clipper Stargazer. Sold to Liberty Air Inc in June 1965, registered N7354. Sold to Aeronaves del Perú in December 1969, registered OB-R-936. Stored at Lima in 1975 and broken up in 1980.
