Hunting Cargo Airlines was the new name of former Air Bridge Carriers lauched in 1992 consecutively to a capital merger with Hunting Group.
The company purchased some Boeing 727 in cargo version to complete the fleet of Vickers Merchantman and Lockheed Electras.
In June 1998, Hunting Cargo Airlines was sold to a consortium consisting of CMB-Compagnie Maritime Belge (Belgium) and Safair (part of the Imperial Group) and then rechristened Air Contractors.
