Nakajima G8N.


The Nakajima G8N was a mid-mounted wing heavy bomber with a tricycle landing gear and a large single-fin rudder. Power came from four 2,000 hp radial. Specification were issued on September 1943 and the first flight occured in october 1944. This short delay was the result of former studies of the disappointing Nakajima G5N and unofficial query of the Imperial Navy staff made in February 1943.

Only four prototypes were built.
