PZL TS-8 Bies.

The PZL TS-8 Bies is a Polish trainer aircraft intended to replace the tail seater Yakovlev Yak-11 in order to a more efficient learning to future jet pilots. First drawing dated back to 1953 and maiden flight occured in 1955. Between 1957 and 1960, two hundred fifty airframes were built in three variants, all but twenty being the TS-8 BII (read : B2). Polish Air Force used them until 1978 but the PZL-Mielec TS-11 Iskra started replacing them as early as the mid 1960s.
