Los Angeles police lieutenant Marion Cobretti, alias "The Cobra," is the cop who does the dangerous jobs other cops can't handle. When model Ingrid Knudson witnesses a murder by the notorious serial killer nicknamed the Night Slasher, Cobretti has to protect her from the Night Slasher and his gang of murderers.
