Two months after the success of Ch. Lindbergh, this movie was filmed with this script basis : a city (Plum Center) has bought a plane and made a loto to name the pilot who would fly it in order to made a record flight and give the city the same fame of St Louis. Monty Banks is the winner and takes off but landed just 50 km away. He wants to enlist with the Army but it's just the start of numerous twists.
