Kim Hong-Joo (Kim Min-Jun) is a detective in the homicide unit. His team has a miserable record in solving cases and are badly behind in their arrest quota. Things look more promising when Detective Kim learns of an impending drug deal by low level drug dealer. Things quickly heat up when the low level dealer tips them off on a much bigger fish.

Serial 982, c/n 226M205 of the Korean National Police Agency. Built by Kazan Helicopters in 1989 as a Mi-17MPS with registration CCCP-70877, then to RA-70877 in 1995. Upgraded to Mi-17KF by Kelowna Flightcraft in 1997, integrating western avionics, rounded "dolphin" nose with space for radar, and a rear loading ramp in place of the clamshell doors. Subsequently redesignated (or converted again?) Mi-17-1V and then Mi-17MD per Rotorspot.
