WellsCo helicopter. Used in an attempt to bait the shark with a hunk of meat on a winch. When the winch operator falls into the water with the shark, the pilot tries to save him by lowering the chopper down so he can grab the runner, but the shark bites off his legs.

When the shark pulls the WellsCo chopper down under the water (in a scene similar to Jaws 2), it changes from a JetRanger to a scale model of what appears to be a Bell 212.
