Taylorcraft Auster V & Nord Norécrin

Ex-RAF aircraft used for observation during the WWII, a British built variation of American Taylorcraft Model A of the late 30’s. This airplane was produced in various versions after the war as Auster, a company who merge into Beagle in the 60’s.
Note the Nord Norécrin in the background.

Lockheed L-1049 Constellation

In the aircraft building company were the characters work. Probably in Air France maintenance hall, as we can see Lockheed Constellation's Wright R-3350 Turbo Compound engines on reparation work.
