Makoto Kido is a rather unconventional science teacher with image of a liberal and a bit distracted guy. He is called by his students "bubble gum" due to gum he always chews. However he has also a second, secret face of a self made atomic bomb constructor. Having finally in hands so deadly weapon, he is starting to feel how big power it gives to him. Now he can blackmail government and ask for everything, what he only wants...
