Badge on the B-29

Anyone know what is badge on 4. picture of B-29 far left? I tried to search it but no result.

The plane is adorn with two badges : a circle which seems to be the early 1946 509th Composite Group B-29 Era patch (look at wikipedia [1] ) and a shield I can't identify. (Please, think to sign and date your query). LVCDC 22 mars 2013
