Bombardier Global Express or Gulfstream C-20G ?
Despite the shape is very close to a Global Express, this bizjet isn't one of the three owned by USAF : they are three dedicated Global 6000s being used as a platform for the Battlefield Airborne Communications Node, with several wide fairings housing antennas.

- Reviewed some higher quality footage of this scene and it's clearly a civil Global Express with registration M-BLUE.
