Jewish "Nazi hunter" and concentration camp survivor Ezra Lieberman learns of a plot hatched by the notorious Nazi doctor, Josef Mengele, to assassinate the fathers of numerous identical, adopted children cloned from Adolf Hitler. Lieberman realizes Mengele is trying to recreate Hitler's early life to cause the children to grow up to be like the original Hitler and races to stop the assassinations.
