It great to see you getting involved already and you sound like you may have some very useful knowledge! The reason for you not being able to edit the pages is most likely due to restriction on newly registered users, but that should change shortly. I know that the viewing community, including myself and the other users are appreciative of anything you can do to help. Since the site is so young, we are a long way from where we want to be.

There is a New users page which can help make the site easier to use. If you are interested in getting more involved, you could also register on the forum to publicly discuss site ideas, and other aviation info and thoughts.
