Sir Charles Hare, a young Irish baronet, gambles his all on one of his horses at Ascot. But the horse is 'pulled', and Sir Charles is forced to sell his Irish estate. His aunt, however, has some surprises in store for him.

Sold to Tradair in February 1960, registered G-APZD. Sold to Starways in November 1962. Sold to British Eagle International Airlines in June 1964, named City of Newcastle. Bought by Channel Airways in November 1964. Leased to British Eagle International Airlines in January 1965, named City of Manchester. Leased to BKS Air Transport in July 1967. Returned to Channel Airways in 1967,wfu at London-Southend (EGMC/SEN) in May 1968. Broken-up in February 1970.
