Only in the far background, a light observation plane overflies the Arc de Triomphe ceremony. Due to the condition of light, it's just a shadow invisible on the screenshot.
On that day, it could be a light observation plane of the US Army or a Fieseler Fi 156 Storch (as two of them have been captured by French Underground and wearing two 'P' miroring letters (for 'Prefecture de Police')).
